Customer Care Officer

Golden Skills is a leading HR consulting and recruitment agency in Uganda and East Africa, providing hiring services for the oil and gas industry and other sectors.

We are hiring a Customer Care Officer to manage our customer queries and relations of our client.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our medical, health products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing medical orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field
  • 3 Years’ experience in Customer Relations
  • Understanding of the local language spoken in Hoima is an added advantage
